| Noise insulation very bad. Even conversations in adjoining rooms are annoyingly loud, not mention TVs, and water noise from showers. |

| I was only in the room to sleep so it met my needs.
Hotel staff responded very quickly to my complaint about very noisy neighbors late at night. |

| Location on and off interstate great. Had a little problem with cleanliness of room. We were short one complete set of towels which was taken care of quickly however we found nail clippings on bed some small pieces of paper and one of my wives pillows had old traces of dried blood. We reported this to desk and received a new pillow. Desk said we could not change rooms because there were no more empty rooms with double twin beds. we thought it would have been good jester to upgrade to double queens. Were not sure if we would stay agin? Did not pay a lot but still thought could have been cleaner. |

| They don't tell you when you check in that your swipe card only can be used at the rear of the hotel and not at the main entrance. They did not offer much of a variety at the breakfast bar. The bright spot was that Shoney's was located right across the street and the food was excellent and inexpensive. This made our trip to Martinburg memorable. |

| The hotel was clean and they were friendly but the phone kept ringing at 4 am and we would get a busy signal and it wouldn't stop ringing.. the neighbors were very loud and we had to leave by 11 not 12 as it said online. But the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. I would stay there again if needed. |

| The staff of this hotel were beyond helpful and accomodating. Very friendly and outgoing. Would stay in this hotel over and over. Only minor flaw, Television sound very distorted on all channels, other then that.. an excellent stay!!!!! |
