| Beautiful room....did not disappoint! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and reasonable at the restaurant. Pool was nice. Minimal overnight parking cost, but the street was free. Definitely will stay again. Charles Town Races & Slots within 28 miles. Great getaway. |

| Winchester is a charming, small town and makes for a great long weekend getaway.
It is nice to stay in a hotel that has character and doesn’t feel like a standard highway exit chain operation. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The public areas are all attractive.
I was surprised to be charged a parking fee in a small town like this. I can understand in a big city where many people don’t arrive by car. But most people must need a car to get there. So everyone must have to pay the fee. I hate extra fees that are unavoidable. Just up the rate by $5 instead of charging me later for parking.
My only other complaint has to do with the pool. The hot tub was so incredibly hot that I (and others in the pool area) couldn’t stay in for more than 2 minutes. And it was full of bubbles (?) like a bubble bath. This made it dangerous for seeing the steps, especially since there wasn’t a rail. |

| The room was nice. The bathroom was great. Dancing Goat (hotel restaurant) was unrealistically pricey. Food nor service matched the expense. The pool/hot tub was nice. The exception I spoke of was there was a reception or other gathering of some sort on pur 2nd night. We were on the second floor and our entire room vibrated for hours!! I could sing the lyrics to each song it was so loud! It was finally over just after midnight. I can appreciate their facilities provide that type of entertainment, but the hotel guests should not suffer for it! The next morning wasn't fun. When we brought it to their attention during the reception (polity) we were shrugged off, saying its only another couple hours. Not cool. |

| I had a great experience at this hotel! Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. They had many events going on (wedding, birthday party etc) and everyone was calm and helpful. Upon getting to our room, it was very clean, welcoming and luxurious. We noticed there was not an in room refrigerator and after talking to hotel staff, they had one brought to our room as my friend is a nursing mother. I will definitely stay there again and hopefully soon! |

| We have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years and always enjoy our time there. Unfortunately this time we found they had added the addition of a refrigerator in the room that did not fit with the decor of the room and took up a lot of space. We have learned to deal with the 4.00 $ parking fee but now they are charging a 1.50 $ room safe fee. This is an added charge that does not show up untill you check in. Although this is not a lot of money, it is annoying. |

| Although clearly a first-class hotel, the New Year Eve experience -- for a sold-out hotel -- was marred by total collapse of the room lock computer which prevented all guests from entering their rooms until 2 am or later. Perhaps just a one-time problem, but it was certainly poorly timed and illustrated that they clearly had no contigency for failure of the computerized room locks. |

| This is a beautiful hotel close to restaurants & shops in Old WInchester & very convenient to the Hospital.
