| The staff was great and very helpful. I asked for directions to a local museum and they actually printed out directions for me. The room was clean, but did have a slight musty smell. I am hyper-sensitive to smells so it bothered me, but not my husband. |

| The staff was exceptional- very cheerful and helpful. We were given complimentary bottles of water and a few Hershey kisses and hard candy in each bag, along with a welcome note. The room and restroom were meticulous, and the king size bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was great-make your own waffles, prepared cheese omelets, sausages oatmeal, fresh fruit, juice, cold cereal, pastries, bagels and donuts. Coffee and tea available for free 24 hours.The room was a little small and there were some renovations going on- painting, etc.-not noisy. |

| We stayed there just for a night, on our way back from trip to the Smoky Mountains. The location was really good, close to I81, lots of places to eat nearby, even a mall right across !!
Room really clean, my wife loved the bed and the linen they provided. |

| Requested adjoining rooms for family to be.close. got rooms on same floor, but 15 rooms apart. Construction crews were painting and drywall repair in adjoining rooms. Caused a paint/drywall mud smell in whole hallway. crews began work at 0730, waking up everyone in party. hotel did not appear to be full. have stayed at hampton inns many times before and this was the.worst stay with hampton. |

| We always stay at the Hampton Inn university location when we are in Winchester. It's always clean and well kept, with a fresh breakfast, and coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are are available 24/7. The bedding is the best, and most of all, we NEVER worry about bugs. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. So, of course, we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. |

| I almost always choose the Hampton Inn as my hotel of choice because of the high standards maintained and the fact that the hotels are set back from the noise of the road if possible. I was somewhat disappointed by the breakfast at this one, however, because there were no separate bacon and egg dishes (except for boiled eggs). Bits of bacon and egg seemed to be piled up on half bagels, which did not seem very appetizing. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service and accommodations. |
