| this is our 3 stay at the Holiday Inn Express and we have enjoyed each visit. Temperature was great in the rooms, breakfast was extremely tasty. rooms were always clean. overall stay was very pleasant. Will go back again when I need to stay over night. |

| The surrounding hotels were a bit pricey, this hotel was a good deal for the price. I liked that they had a shuttle bus to transport you to and from the casino. |

| booked this room online was a little rattled by the reveiws.fling in and got delayed at the airport so called hotel and was told that room would be ready no matter what time i got there.got there around midnight and the same lady i talked to on the phone was still there and she was true to her word room was ready.room was clean and nice !! got up in the morning and went to check out the free breakfast and was inpressed food was very good and a lot of it .would stay here again and again |

| Wonderful 2nd experience with this hotel.Front desk staff very friendly and helpful,room was roomy and clean and odor free.Even room temp was perfect and not dry and stuffy like some.We will be back over and over again:) |

| Me and my wife stayed at Holiday Inn Express Charles Town for 1 night. Very comfortable place, fast and reliable WiFi and hot breakfast. My wife is kind of picky of about American hotels, but even she said she liked the place. |

| The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out were fast and no hassle. We enjoyed our short stay here and will stay agin. The only minor issue was the VERY firm bed, but thats a personal preferance. Good Job! |
