| The Room was not properly cleaned before we arived. The secondary door lock was broke off and part of it was missing. The bar of soap was pre-used. There was open foods in the refrigerator. There was hair in the shower.
And from a preference point, this is the first hotel that not only did not have an iron in the room, but did not have one to rent either. |

| I wasn't expecting much after reading some of the reviews, and although, it wasn't fancy, it was still comfortable and the price was very good. Right off of I81, it was very easy to find. The breakfast was minimal, but we didn't go hungry and the breakfast room was sunny and cheerful. Beds were comfy and we slept well, which is pretty much all we did as we got in late and left early. The staff was very courteous! Definitely worth the price! |

| Went for parents weekend for Shenandoah University, room was very nice and clean and the young man that checked us in was extremely pleasant. It is very close to the university among other sites in Winchester. |

| It was very clean, and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that one of the locks on the room's entry door was broken. |

| we were using the hotel because of a death in the family. after finding the hotel on line, i decided to call them to ask a few questions. the main one being about the internet, they told me that they had wireless internet, however they didn't tell me that it had very low to no strenghth. we were 600 miles from home and needed the iternet to let everyone know how things were going |

| The hotel had a smell, not sure what it was, but as soon as you entered, there was an odor and in the rooms as well. When we got home I could smell it in my clothing. The box springs were very old and stained looking. |

| The hotel was comfortable, and in nice and convenient area. Could use a little more cleanliness, but overall pretty good deal for the money. Would stay here again when traveling through town. |
